TPU Waterproof breathable film is a kind of non-porous hydrophilic membrane, to guide water molecules from the side with high water vapor partial pressure to the side with low water vapor partial pressure by special molecular structure hydrophilic group, has good liquid and water vapor permeability. Therefore, waterproof and natural ventilation works well.
There are 3 types of TPU waterproof breathable film, different M.V.T. according to different working process and material.
TPU low waterproof breathable film, which has excellent durability, tear resistance and good bonding strength after water wash, M.V.T. at 1200-1500g/m2/day.
TPU medium waterproof breathable film, which has excellent durability, tear and hydrolyze resistance, good flexibility in low temperature, soft and smooth touch. M.V.T. at 7000-8000g/m2/day.
TPU high waterproof breathable film, which has excellent durability, high strength and elongation, soft comfortable touch. M.V.T. at 10000-12000g/m2/day.
