TPEE waterproof breathable film is made of TPEE elastic elastomer by melting, blow molding or casting process. TPEE elastic elastomer is a type of crystalline structure formed by condensation polymerization and melting of polyester materials and polyether materials. TPEE film has superior waterproof, breathable, moisture-permeable properties as polyester and polyether materials have some hydrophilicity and affinity for carbon dioxide, oxygen, etc.

Different from TPU microporous breathable membrane, TPEE non-porous waterproof breathable membrane has excellent moisture permeability and provide a high level of virus protection coefficient while being excellent in hydrolysis resistance, water pressure resistance and antibacterial properties.
1. TPEE film is a type of green and environmentally friendly polymer plastic film material, which does not contain organic solvents.
2.TPEE moisture permeable membrane can be recycled together with polyester fabrics, but TPU membrane can not recycled with polyester material.
3. TPEE film has excellent cold resistance, and keep excellent physical property at low temperatures of -40°C to 70°C.
4. TPEE film has high temperature resistance and excellent anti yellowing.
5. TPEE film is with high tensile strength, to be 300-500% stretch, good elasticity and strong resilience.
