Anti-yellowing soft vinyl film, main raw material PVC resin and plasticizer to control the hardness and softness. PVC resin is an amorphous white powder, poor stability to light and heat, be aging and yellowing is inevitable. To maintain the soft vinyl film and wrapped products the good physical properties, some additive agent is necessary such as stabilizer, color pigment, impact modifier etc in the calendering production of soft vinyl film.
The grade of yellowing resistance is divided into 1-5 grades. After the anti-yellowing test such as Suntest, QUV or other sun exposure tests, compared the color change of the vinyl film before and after the test. The best grade is 5, which means basically little discoloration. Below grade 3 is obvious discoloration.
