TPU film is casting processed from raw material thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, is been tested by SGS ASTM F963, which is doesn’t contain cadmium, lead, mercury, arsenic, chromium and barium, which meets the environmental protection standards.
TPU film is with high performance of high waterproof breathability, air permeability, cold resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance, high tension, high tensile force and high load support.
There are two categories of TPU film, polyester TPU film and polyether TPU film. Due to the different rigidity of the raw material, the TPU film polyester or polyether material can be distinguished by observing the tearing gap.
Polyester TPU film is with difficult tear strength and obvious zigzag patterns in the tearing gap.
